PathPeek.com Return Policy
For Physical Products (Fulfilled by Printify)
At PathPeek.com, we partner with Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service, to print and ship our physical products. This partnership influences our return and refund policies as outlined below:
Return Window:
- Customers in the EU and USA have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted in cases of damaged products or manufacturing errors.
- ‘Change of mind’ returns, or returns due to the wrong size/colour chosen by the customer, are not accepted, per Printify’s policy.
Process for Returns:
- Report the Issue: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] or via our contact page.
- Provide Evidence: Submit a photo or video of the issue.
- Resolution: We will coordinate with Printify for a replacement or refund for eligible returns.
Refunds and Replacements:
- Upon approval, we will process a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized products and products ordered with incorrect size or color by the customer are not returnable.
For Digital Products
Refund Eligibility:
- Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. This is in accordance with EU consumer rights, where the customer agrees to waive the right of withdrawal upon receiving the digital content.
- Exceptions include non-functioning, corrupted files or significant deviation from descriptions.
Resolution Process:

- Provide evidence of the issue for a resolution.
General Terms:
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including third-party actions.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration, except where small claims court is applicable.
